What happens after I send a message?
I read it and reply myself, within one working day. If it needs a conversation, I'll suggest a Check-Up slot. If it's a quick answer, you'll get the answer.
What is the Marketing Check-Up, and what does it cost?
A free 30-minute video call. I ask about your business, and you leave with your top two or three marketing priorities and a suggested next step. There's no charge and no obligation to work with me afterwards.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Just show up. If you'd like to send something first, your website address and a line on what's prompted the call are plenty.
Who will I actually be talking to?
Me, Sara. White Cloud is a one-person consultancy, so there's no account manager in between. The person you talk to on the call is the person who does the work.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
Prague, Czech Republic, and I work worldwide, with a focus on Europe and New Zealand. Most of the work is remote: video calls, shared documents and plain-English reporting, with call times that work for your time zone. In Prague, I'm happy to meet in person.
What does it cost?
It depends on whether you need strategy, execution, or both. Strategy projects start at €899, retainers from €599 a month, and hourly is €59. Prices exclude VAT. Every fixed price is on the Services page.
Do you work on projects, or on an ongoing basis?
Both. Most clients start with a defined strategy project, such as a strategy or a launch plan. Some then move to a monthly retainer, where I own marketing direction and stay involved in the doing. If you only need senior oversight while your own team executes, that works too.
Do you work as a fractional CMO or strategic advisor?
Yes. In plain terms, that means I own your marketing direction: the decisions, the priorities, and the accountability when something isn't working. I keep a regular rhythm with you and whoever is executing, so marketing decisions stop piling up on your desk. It's the right call when the business is growing faster than its marketing thinking and a full-time senior hire isn't justified yet. If you already have a capable senior marketer, or a single clear project, there are better-value ways to work with me.
Do you offer full-service marketing support?
Yes, from strategy and positioning through to activation, campaigns and reporting. The strategy always comes from me. The execution is either hands-on, or delivered with specialists I bring in for the brief, such as design, development or ad management, all working under one strategy and one point of accountability. What you won't get is execution without the thinking first.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Growing SMEs, scale-ups and established businesses that want senior marketing direction without a full-time hire. Most are founder-led, usually up to 50 people, with nobody senior in-house to think marketing through. Some are larger, with a marketing team that needs a senior layer above it. Sector doesn't matter: clients so far include a Pilates studio, a fire safety platform, an architecture practice, a leadership training programme and a psychology clinic. What they share is the moment they're in, not what they sell.
Do you manage designers, developers or other specialists?
Yes. When a brief needs more hands, I choose the specialists, brief them, manage the work and stay accountable for the result. You deal with me, not with three suppliers.
