- Client: Solmà Psicología, a psychology practice in Oviedo, Spain
- What I did: Marketing strategy: audience, positioning, name, channels and priorities
- Timeframe: December 2025
- Headline result: A name that says what the practice does, and a plan Raquel can follow while running it
The situation
Raquel González is a psychologist in Oviedo, with more than ten years of experience in Norway behind her. She runs the practice on her own, so marketing has to fit around her clients, not the other way round.
When we started, the practice was called Nordic Clínica. There were no strategic foundations and no clear target audience, so every marketing decision was a guess.
What I found
The name was the first thing working against her. “Nordic Clínica” didn’t say what the practice did. Someone looking for a psychologist in Oviedo had no way of knowing from the name alone.
The second was focus. Without knowing who she was for, there was no way to choose which channels deserved her very limited time.
What I delivered
A marketing strategy, built for one person with a full diary:
- Who her clients are, and what they look for when they choose a psychologist
- Who she is up against locally, and what they are doing
- What the practice stands for, and the words to say it
- Which channels deserve her time, and what to put on each one
- Clear priorities: what to do now, and what to leave for later
What changed
- A new name: Nordic Clínica became Solmà Psicología, so “psychology” is right there in the name.
- A plan she can follow while running the practice, in her own words.
Solmà is a one-person practice, so I won’t dress this up with big numbers. What I can say is that it keeps growing, and today it has 21 Google reviews rated Excellent (Google, October 2026).
In their words
“Sara helped me get clarity on what to focus on and what to leave for later. Now I have a marketing approach I can actually follow while running the clinic. I highly recommend Sara to any business owner who wears every hat.”

What I’d tell a founder in the same spot
When you run a practice on your own, a long list of marketing ideas is just another source of guilt. Pick the two or three things that matter this year, and give yourself permission to leave the rest for later.
